Duty Recovery for Military, Police Officers and Firefighters.

This massage is where the fire in sore muscles gets put out, helping with the demands of training, gear load, and posture.

By working the Pectoralis Minor, locating the muscle by dropping fingers into the front of the armpit, between the ribs and PEC major, holding the technique for 15 seconds, also applying pressure down towards the subscapularis.

When hip, glutes, flexors, and calves tighten, the lower back compensates. That’s why it’s important to release tension from those areas.

When running, standing long hours, boots, and load bearing, calves become extremely tight and the plantar fascia often gets stressed.

By working calves deeply, people feel relief all the way up the chain.

The result — Stress gets detained. Soreness gets extinguished.

$35 for one hour.   $65 for 90mins.

Discounted rate acknowledging the physical demands of your service.
